Prices and currency
Prices are displayed before confirmation, normally in Iraqi dinars (IQD). The checkout or course-payment screen shows the applicable item price, discount, delivery fee, and total.
Payment methods
Available methods may include approved online gateways, manual payment review, cash on delivery, payment at school, or payment at the stationery location. Only enabled and eligible methods appear for a transaction.
Authorization and status
By confirming payment, you authorize the chosen method for the displayed amount. An order or enrolment is not treated as paid until the platform or responsible staff records successful payment or approves valid evidence.
Security
Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, recovery codes, or complete card/wallet credentials to staff. Online processors handle sensitive credentials on their own secured services; the platform retains references and status needed for reconciliation.
Failed, pending, or duplicate payments
A pending or failed status does not guarantee access or dispatch. If money appears deducted without confirmation, do not pay repeatedly; provide the reference to support. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded.
Receipts, refunds, and chargebacks
Keep the receipt and transaction reference. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to access restrictions, while a genuine dispute will be investigated using payment and service records.
Teacher earnings
Course revenue may be subject to platform commission, refund deductions, reversals, and payout review under the teacher agreement. Customer payment confirmation is separate from a teacher withdrawal approval.
