Acceptance and eligibility
By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity or appropriate parent/guardian authorization.
Accounts and security
Accounts are personal. You must protect passwords, OTPs, passkeys, recovery codes, and registered devices; notify support about suspected compromise; and not share or sell account access.
Student and teacher responsibilities
Students must use learning materials only within the granted licence. Teachers must provide accurate qualifications, own or lawfully license uploaded materials, meet course commitments, and comply with review, commission, refund, and payout rules.
Courses and certificates
Course descriptions, prices, duration, requirements, access period, and certificate conditions shown at purchase form part of the offer. A certificate confirms the platform record stated on its verification page; it does not automatically represent government accreditation unless explicitly stated.
Shop orders and delivery
Product availability, price, delivery method, fee, and total are confirmed during checkout. Orders may be rejected or cancelled for stock errors, payment failure, unsafe delivery details, fraud, or inability to fulfil. Risk and responsibility transfer as required by applicable law and the Shipping Policy.
Payments and refunds
You authorize the selected payment method for the displayed total. Payment approval may be subject to provider checks. Refunds, returns, cancellations, failed payments, and chargebacks are governed by the Payment and Refund Policies.
Prohibited conduct
You must not break laws, harass others, upload harmful or infringing content, cheat, impersonate another person, scrape protected data, probe security, bypass technical controls, interfere with service, manipulate reviews, or misuse payment and refund systems.
Intellectual property
The platform software, branding, layout, and original materials are protected. Teachers retain rights in their eligible original course content while granting the platform the licence needed to host and deliver it. Students receive only the limited rights stated in the Course Content Licence.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for security risks, non-payment, fraud, harmful conduct, infringement, account sharing, or serious/repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we may preserve evidence, permit an appeal, or cooperate with lawful requests.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific academic, employment, or commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update services and these terms prospectively. These terms are governed by applicable laws in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, subject to mandatory protections and competent courts. Questions may be sent to info@soraninmunay.cloud.
