Getting started with online learning

Choose a suitable course, prepare your student account, and understand enrollment and plan permissions before paying for online learning.

Choose a course with a clear goal

Write down the subject or skill you want to improve. Open the course page and compare its language, level, requirements, learning outcomes, and lesson outline. Try an available preview. A longer course is not automatically a better fit: choose one whose starting point and workload match your current knowledge and available study time.

Prepare your account

Register a student account using contact details you can access. Complete the profile and identity steps requested in your account. Check the displayed verification status before purchasing. Never send a password, one-time code, or identity document in a public comment. If a step fails, use the Help Center and describe the step and error without sharing secret codes.

Check enrollment and plan benefits

Course enrollment and a membership plan are separate. Before paying, check the course price, the plan benefits shown in your panel, and the payment and refund policies. A plan may enable downloads, assignments, or teacher messaging, but access also depends on enrollment in the relevant course. Keep your payment reference and wait for the account to show confirmed access.

Frequently asked questions

Does a plan enroll me in every course?

No. Check course access and membership benefits separately. The student panel shows the tools currently included in your plan.

Where should I ask about admission requirements?

Use the official contact page or Help Center. Do not rely on dates or fees shared by an unofficial social account.
