Course Content Licence

The limited rights students receive and the restrictions protecting teachers and course materials.

Effective date: September 1, 2026KU · AR · EN
1

Personal licence

A valid enrolment grants the named student a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the course for learning purposes during the stated access period. Ownership is not transferred.

2

Permitted use

Students may view lessons, complete activities, and use downloads only where the course interface expressly permits. Personal notes and ordinary study use are allowed.

3

Prohibited copying and sharing

You may not share an account or device token; copy, screen-record, download by bypassing controls, publish, transmit, translate, sell, sublicense, upload elsewhere, or use course material to build a competing product without written permission.

4

Teacher and third-party rights

Eligible original teacher materials remain owned by the teacher or named rights holder. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Platform branding, software, and presentation remain protected separately.

5

Technical protection

The platform may use signed media links, protected streaming, registered devices, watermarks, download controls, access logs, and session limits. Attempting to defeat these controls violates this licence.

6

Expiry and enforcement

Access may end at the disclosed expiry, after a refund, when a course is lawfully removed, or following a serious policy violation. Suspected piracy may result in preservation of evidence, suspension, takedown, and lawful enforcement.

7

Reporting infringement

Send a copyright report to info@soraninmunay.cloud or the Help Center with the work, owner, disputed location, authority to complain, contact details, and supporting evidence.
