Respectful participation
Treat students, teachers, staff, customers, and delivery personnel respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, bullying, doxxing, or targeted humiliation are prohibited.
Safety and legality
Do not use the platform for illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or exploitative activity, or to promote regulated goods and services without authorization.
Academic integrity
Do not impersonate another learner, falsify credentials, submit another person’s work, manipulate assessments, purchase answers, or operate services designed primarily to facilitate cheating.
Content standards
Uploads and messages must be accurate, relevant, safe, and lawfully owned or licensed. Malware, piracy, leaked material, spam, misleading claims, and unauthorized personal data are prohibited.
Platform integrity
Do not scrape protected information, automate abusive traffic, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, manipulate reviews or referrals, interfere with service, or misuse support, refund, and payment workflows.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an order, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to the appropriate authority. Affected users may contact support with relevant evidence for review.
